If you buy a house worth at least $400,000 in Turkey, you can become a Turkish citizen. Upon your application, your spouse and children under the age of 18 will also receive Turkish citizenship. Those who complete the application will have Turkish citizenship forever and their children will be born as Turkish citizens. Since Turkey allows dual citizenship, you can have more than one citizenship.

Applicants must purchase real estate worth at least $400,000. It doesn't have to be a single property, it can be multiple properties.

Applicants must retain the acquired property for at least 3 years. An annotation that transfer cannot be made for 3 years will be added to the land registry. After 3 years, you can sell your property.

The appraisal report must be defined as at least $400,000.

The purchase price must be paid to the seller by bank transfer and confirmed with a bank receipt.

The application is made through the Ministry of Interior, General Directorate of Population and Citizenship, Department of Foreigners, Ministry of Environment and Urbanization and Directorate of Land Registry.
